1. Time and mileage are calculated from Garage to Garage (in all cities). If detention exceeds 4 Hrs, inclusive of time from/to Garage, full day (8 Hrs / 80 km) duty will be payable.

2. All Interstate Taxes, Permit Fee, Tolls, MCD tax and Parking, etc, shall be extra as per actual. In cases where toll is prepaid or e-toll/fast tag, no. of trips with the amount of toll shall be mentioned on the signed duty slip or invoice.

3. Night Charges (same as outstation night charges) apply for all local runs between 10 pm to 5 am.

4. Trip Sheet/Duty Slip - The user must note Time/Mileage on the duty slip before the service completion. The signed duty slip at the time of service completion will be binding and liable for billing and payment.

5. The Invoice will be sent by email with scanned copies of the duty slip and images of reimbursements of any parking or interstate tax, etc. No separate receipt can be provided for toll paid via Fast Tag.

6. Rates in some cities may change during peak periods. In such cases, Ambe Travels shall inform clients at the time of reservation.

7. Billing will be binding on actual usage.
